I totally agree on this I've not had social media between 5-7 years I have a different direction for warning social media now and that would be due to entrepreneurship and reaching out to people because of business, health and wellness…. Things that make a positive impact and make a difference in someone's life.

  2. A year is good but I’d recommend to get rid of social media permanently. With the exception of YouTube, I got rid of all social media years ago and I’m so much more productive and happy. Social media is just misinformation, gossip, and vanity. Everybody says, “How do you keep in touch if people?” – If someone doesn’t reach out randomly with a text or call and say, “Hey, how you doing? What’s new?” then you don’t need to keep in contact with them. My social media “friend” group dropped probably 90% when I got rid of social media, but now I have such deep and meaningful friendships with those I keep in touch with. It was definitely a transition to go from a huge online presence to almost none but I now view social media a complete waste of a life
