I am VERY intentional about my appearance. From having self esteem issues from childhood into my mid 30s, I learned that when you look better you feel better. And not everything has to be super expensive. I recently cut down on spending and thanks to YouTube University 😂 I shape and tint my own brows (Just For Men), BTArtbox keeps my nails looking great (I get ALL my mani/pedi supplies from Dollar Tree), my makeup is simple but elegant, and I maintain my own hair all from learning on this platform. Self care increases your self esteem. That time pampering yourself is valuable to you. Thank you!
OKAY… Im BAD when it comes to washing clothes I have actually tried to look at videos on how to wash clothes I know this sounds dumb like how do you not know how to wash clothes but its like you said its how you wash your clothes..maybe you can do an in-depth tutorial on how to wash clothes the right way.

I’ve been on a really tight budget but consistently showed up to work put together. Always styled my hair, had a manicure, wore perfume, dressed nicely and wore light make up. Hair and nails I did myself. Even if you can‘t afford self care services, doing what you can for yourself still makes a huge difference
