I feel bad cause i'm a 16 almost 17 years old and have started my fitness journey 2 years ago and once i got my period at 13 and then stopped.then came my eating disorder so i suffered from anarexia under eating and over exercicing ..and recently i healed my relation ship with food after sessions of binging and intuitive eating videos and going all in and reverse dieting all these stuff..and now i'm not very healthy but i eat at least you know.my period didin't start😢but i think the problem is the lack of protein and fat cause i eat lots of carbs becaise of hard bread sticks and fruits😂i love fruits so my sugar and carbs are high almost every day.

  3. Who else is scared of treadmills and escalators I am terrified of them I got hurt on an treadmill 2️⃣ times

  9. My goals are to be just like you. Im only 12 and i journal everyday. Try and eat healty. Take cold showers. Do workouts everyday. Drink water. And follow ur account!!

  10. Hi I've recently started my workout journey and I've been consistent. I started with being 50 kg and have gone down to 47 kg already. I'm becoming stronger. The problem is I'm influenced by beauty standards and now i can't even find myself pretty. I hope this will make me more confident

  11. Yes!! My goal is to stay fit for giving birth soon and then recovering so I am fit enough to actually Play and run with my two kids without Feeling Like I'm dying 😂

  12. Can you make something for like you get people my dad keeps telling me that getting exercise will reduce my stress but all the videos are all for body figure or losing weight and it’s hard to go outside bc it’s so cold and gets dark earlier.

  13. For me, I am insecure about my stomach, and losing weight would make me so much more confident! But building strength, especially with my lungs due to my really bad asthma.
