1. body posivity is a symptom of the left wing desire to make social disgruntled aspects that are objectively problems be seen as things that should be enabled, hardcore conservatives make a toxic environment where it is hard to get support to lose weight, leftists make an environment that says you don't have to lose wait.

  2. If you're this concerned with your physical appearance, perhaps back away from the poison that is social media. Thinking that your appearance defines your fitness is like thinking a car is fast because it's red. Your focus should be on 2 primary goals:
    1) Eating proper, nutrient-efficient foods in proper amounts and adequately exercising your body
    2) Staying consistent in number 1.
People think fitness is something you can obtain. Not true. Fitness and proper eating habits are skills. As skills, they must be learned, practiced, and honed. If you fail to do so, your skill will become insufficient. Stop caring about looks so damn much and focus on learning to respect and love yourself.

  3. you should not lose weight to become beautiful. you should lose weight because you are obese and you are shortening your life.
instead of eating less and exercising more, you spend so much time and effort instead to try to redefine beauty so that obese women who do not take care of their bodies should be considered beautiful. pathetic

  4. That girl who self harmed after being bullied was me also. Honestly, its been a lifelong battle of self hatred and hiding/fixing my flaws. I'm 42 and still struggling with the same issues 😪 thank you for this video. It was very needed ❤

  5. I'm transformed by the effects of this material. A book with akin insights initiated a paradigm shift in my thinking. "Your Body Your Temple" by Sophia Wintergreen

  6. This is true but paying attention to your body is important. Making sure your weight is reasonable and exercise for health is important.

Diabetes, heart disease, etc. are real. What you are obsessed with at 13 or 30 you can't imagine will come back at you at 50, so be body aware, but in a healthy way.

Do it for yourself and health, not for anyone else.

  7. Just keep eating. Once you are get a heart attack or a diabetes don't come crying or bashing McDonalds like Morgan Spurlock. What is wrong with these people?

  8. You are all worthy despite your beauty. We are more than beautiful. We are instruments, not ornaments. This was such a great talk… <333

  9. A good reminder that mindset is everything, and it's important not to get ourselves tied up in drawing our self-value from superficial things.

  10. So many excuses to remain overweight. Hey, whatever makes them feel good while diabetes and heart failure becomes more of a threat.

  11. Maybe women are bummed about their bodies because of the FACT that 73.4% of them are obese or overweight. Funny how people in the 1930s had no problems attaining those "unattainable beauty standards". Maybe it's you and your terrible food choices? Which you can easily change? Ever think of that?
